Win 10 TP Drive letter assignments

Thanks in advance..
Does any body know how to change drive letter assignments in W10 TP..??
I have 2 drives ( not C:) that I would like to change the drive letters on..

Drives are D; & E:

Same as Windows 7.:
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Disk Management
Right click on the disk or partition you wish to change and click on Change Device letter.

To get to control panel in Windows 10 TP, click on the Start icon (the window icon at the far left of the task bar at the bottom of the screen) and click on Control Panel in the Menu structure that appears.

Another way is to right click on the start button (icon) which gives a list of options including control panel & disk management amongst many others
