Hello, every 2-3 minutes my internet connection freezes with any application for some 10-20 seconds and then returns. I changed the network card but this makes no difference.
Any idea where to search ?
        Thank you.

What version and build of W10 do you have?
How long has this been happening for? since when..post MS updates or..
Do you connect via Wifi or ethernet cable to the access point/router?

        The build is 19041.685.
This has been going on for about two months now.
The system went through several updates in the meantime.
The connection is a cable connection.
Another computer on the same access point does not have this problem.

As a matter of interest, does the freeze show in Reliability Monitor?

(To open Reliability Monitor, type reliability in the search bar in the bottom right of the taskbar. Select View reliability history from the results.)

Have you tried running a continuous ping to see if the problem is local or internet related?

What have you tried? Have you asked this question elsewhere?

        Ping
        Open a Command Prompt.
        Type: ipconfig /all
Find the IP address for the DHCP Server. Something like 192.168.0.1
Use this address in the ping command.
        Type: ping -t 192.168.0.1

You will see responses like this: Reply from 192.168.0.1: bytes=32 time<1ms TTL=64

When your internet connection stops, switch to the Command Prompt window and see of the ping is still responding. If not the issue is with your machine or router.

        cheers, Paul
