      One of our tech support pc’s updated with these 2 patches, kb4480966 and kb4100347 last night . And now Outlook will not update incoming emails and keeps asking for the login password. This has happened on other pc’s in the past 3 weeks and we can not nail down the patch that may be causing this problem.

      We use SolarWinds RMM to update our pc’s with patches.

      Please read this blog post and the one just previous to it. Microsoft pulled all of the January non-security updates for Office 2010 issued on 1/2/2019, and recommends that you uninstall them.
