A few days ago I installed the subject version of Windows 10.  Took a good bit of time.   Don’t see any changes over my previous 1909 Version.  However, when I go to Systems>About   it does show I have the 2004 Version.

Don’t know if it matters but I had my updates on “Pause” for October and also I used the Microsoft “Update Assistant” to do the install.

Has anyone here had this problem?  Comments?

        Thanks

What is exactly is the problem ?
You have forced the upgrade to 2004 and that disregarded any pause you had (it just like checking for updates).

Thanks for your reply.   I don’t see anything new on my Dell Laptop, per what I was to get with Windows new Version 2004!

Do the desktop icons look a little different?

No, they do not.  After the install they appeared larger.   Then I reduced them.  I just don’t see anything there that I’ve seen in earlier newsletters about the additions/changes in 2004

Have a feeling now  that I should have gotten the download when offered on Windows Update rather than going to Microsoft’s “Update Assistant”.

You would get the same thing either way.

How are desktop icons affected by version 2004?
