      This is 23H2 release.

        Parts of it will be. Nothing in the DEV channel is tied to any particular Windows release nor promised to ever be released.

      UPDATE 6/24: We are starting to roll out Cumulative Update Build 25145.1011 (KB5016159). This update does not include anything new and is designed to test our servicing pipeline for builds in the Dev Channel.
