Windows 11 Update

Ever since I updated to Windows 11 I get a pause with whatever I am doing.  Instead of opening immediately it pauses for a second or two.  Now in messenger it send the message twice.  I am not happy with this!  Is it just me or are others having the same problem?

Have you checked Task Manager to see what is running and using resources?

Nothing has changed, nothing has been added for programs. Everything is as normal

If your using the windows update version, it should be same or better than 10, if you are using the Windows Insider builds, you are getting what you are asking for.  I heard that there is a ton of test and data collecting overhead in the beta builds . . . right or wrong?
