Any truth to the rumor that RT stands for Reduced Technology?

I have a Surface Pro, and depending on your needs and/or wants, it is either the best or worst combination of tablet and laptop. In my case, it is ideal.

RT means Runtime. Windows RT is not a complete version of Windows, but a Runtime version with reduced instructions and reduced capabilities in the programmer API (called WinRT).

And I remember when XP was “Windows Expletive” computer.
