    Hello,

I had a Windows Storage Space set up with 4 hard drives in PARITY configuration.

I did not loose the drive itself, I lost the SATA controller port on the motherboard and the motherboard could not see the hard drive.

I moved the hard drive to another port and the motherboard recognizes the hard drive.

When I go to Storage Spaces, it now shows that drive “Warning Ready to Remove”

How do I proceed so as not to loose any files and get that hard drive back in to move all the data to a backup before I get a new motherboard?

Do I even need to do any of that or will I be able to copy all the data from the 3 remaining hard drives?

    TIA

    Bill
