WSCC is free for personal use.
WSCC allows you to install, update, execute and organize the utilities from various system utility suites. WSCC can install and update the supported utilities automatically. Alternatively, WSCC can use the http protocol to download and run the programs. The portable edition doesn’t require installation and can be run directly from a USB drive.

This is an awesome Update Software which is very Surgical Focused, a must for a Downloader. A new version has been recently released which is a complete Reworked, of what I had earlier today, I have run it and it works great.
I only have experience with the Portable version. I look at it this way, Most of the Tools are Portable anyway, so I stayed Portable(Not Installed, though some still us the Registry).
If you use this software before D/L and unziping the Utilities, it will set everything up for you, where you want your directories. However if everything is setup, like mine was, it will adapt to your Directory arrangement. The App indicates “Install” which DOES NOT mean traditional Install. It means Unzip and place into Directories.
