WU Deferral Settings Page Missing

I installed Nov CU KB4586786 on 11/10. Cause or coincidence = ?? but when I open the Settings/Update & Security module it Only opens first to Delivery Optimization (or then other links on left side) with no hint of the usual page with Advanced button for Update Pause, Deferrals, etc. ( gave up on the Troubleshooter as it wanted me to make something a Full setting that I couldn’t find.)

Macrium ready but any thoughts are appreciated.

One of the third-party update blockers hides the Windows Update page. Have you installed an update manager/blocker? WUMgr, WPD, etc?

Hiding the page is an option that you can do or not in that s/w.

Wow. I Did dnload and Scan-Only with WUMgr = 0 Updates — BUT I chickened out and Uninstalled it for this very reason. A guy said his 1909 Reverse an Update capability disappeared with WUMgr, so seeing that made me delete it.

What do I do now? Macrium back?

Reinstall WUMgr. Be sure the settings are at MS’s default (undo, for example, that setting), be sure everything works correctly, then uninstall it again.
There may be an option to undo all the settings it changed. (I have never used a third-party blocker).

Running WuMgr on 1903 & higher by default “hides” the WU settings page (maybe a feature by Wumgr).

On the Auto Update tab section of Wumgr, uncheck the “Hide WU settings page” option to unblock the WU settings window (make sure the WU settings window is closed when doing this), then open the WU settings window.

Each time I launch Wumgr on 1903/1909 or higher, it always “hides” the WU settings page and I have to uncheck the “Hide WU settings page” option to get the WU settings back.

I don’t have that problem on 1903 Home with WuMgr 1.1b.
Hide WU Settings Page is always unticked.

I am running Win 10 1909 and use WuMgr to hide updates. I too, DO NOT have any problems with the Windows Settings page displaying properly.

The Hide WU Settings in WuMgr is always unchecked.

Solved. It was the WUMgr and all is well again.
