Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |
Just spent 1-1/2 hours talking 2 older ladies in a different state through replacing a UPS for their computer, phone and internet. Usually a 10 minute deal, but they were flummoxed! Can’t say it wasn’t frustrating at times, but in the end SUCCESS!
They were sweet and had a good sense of humor. Didn’t make a dime, but hey stuff like that makes me love my job!
