      System version 1903   gpedit
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update
      Configure Automatic Updates = Disabled
      and
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > Windows Update for Business
Select when Preview Builds and Feature Updates are received = Enabled 365
Select when Quality Updates are received = Enabled 30
Manage preview builds = Enabled Disabled
After receiving 2020-07 cumulative update shows up another policy
Select the target Feature Update = Enabled 1909
So windows update installs 1909 and keeps the system at version 1909

“to an actively supported operating system”
In Windows 10 this scares me more then cyber criminals. Criminals attacks can be repelled in windows 7 or 10. But actively supported Windows 10 and problems caused by buggy Windows updates has no simple and logical tools to manage this update process.

In my opinion, Windows is becoming less and less practical usable 🙁 Daily activities required has been discarded or buried so deep. Multilevel menus tells about the programming bad style and indicates a questionable code quality. Maybe Windows 10 system foundation is still ok, but the construction is far from good…

Local Group Policy Editor or gpedit.msc

Very weird, interesting where it is hidden in the system and why it is so deep hidden?

In control panel or settings, or somewhere else? Nope. Nothing.

Why not have at administrative tools?

      I have a suggestion.

Skip 1709 (one of the error stages) and move directly from 1703 to 1803.

      Is it possible?
