AskWoody LoungerThere’s no built-in way in Windows 10 to pick and choose the updates you’ll take.
There are ways to accomplish what you want, but they involve using special applications made for that purpose. The best-known one is the Windows Update MiniTool, but I believe there is at least one other program like it, whose name I can’t remember.
To get an idea of how it works, you might want to read the WUMT page linked to above, and you can also do a search here at Woody’s to see what people are saying about it.
Good luck!
Maybe, you’re thinking Windows Update Manager

AskWoody LoungerMay I ask a dumb question? Every morning at boot-up my disabled WU attempts to go manual and starts running, so I stop it and disable the service over again.
I’ve recently observed Windows Update Disabled change to Manual.
I’ve also recently observed SIHClient.exe and WaaSMedic.exe activity.

AskWoody Lounger[..] with Windows 10, ARM is just another hardware platform that’s treated the same—it just needs an emulation layer to make that possible. Windows 10 S is a limited version of Windows that can run on any hardware platform.
The first Windows 10 on ARM device will be the Asus NovoGo, which will shop before the end of 2017. Most of these ARM-based devices, such as the HP Envy x2 with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, will be available in Spring 2018.https://www.howtogeek.com/309119/what-is-windows-10-on-arm-and-how-is-it-different-from-windows-rt/
