      I did not reboot since I posted in the other thread yesterday. But still the black window appears now with the search text at the bottom and the rest black.

      We seem to think alike. When I choose a screensaver the settings became available and it turned out that the checkbox next to “On resume…” was checked. I unchecked the box, went back to no screensaver, and now my screen stays where I want it. No more auto logoff.

      I don’t have a screensaver set.
      The greyed out options show a time of 10 minutes. Coincidence?
