      @Zeddy,

      Thanks for your magical solution. I was expecting something like this but it would be better if all the data be updated as soon as I click the button, not only the lastet date that is not updated, since i have to update sometimes the back data as well. Is it possible to do??

      And sorry for late response to you as I was going through some hard times in my personal life.Accept my apology.

      Regards

      Shazzad.

      As you are unable to upload your macro-enabled spreadsheet, for security reasons, why don’t you post a link to a cloud source of the file instead?
      πŸ™‚

      Thanks Kristy. i was actually not sure whether any cloud link would be allowed or not. but getting confirmation from you, i will do that.

      I’m not positive but I think because that file has an executable in it, that isn’t allowed.

      RetiredGeek (RG) wants the code, not the file.

      Yea I am gonna share the code.

      Shazzad,

      It’s a bit hard to offer assistance w/o some additional information.

      How many rows & columns does your worksheet use?
      Do you have more than one worksheet in the workbook?
      Could you please post the code that is running slow?

      HTH 😎

      Here is my code:

      Sub Run_DIO()
      '
      ' Run_DIO Macro
      '
      ' Keyboard Shortcut: Ctrl+q
      '

      ActiveCell.GoalSeek Goal:=ActiveCell.Offset(-5, -1), ChangingCell:=ActiveCell.Offset(-4, -1).Range( _
      "A1")
      ActiveCell.Offset(-3, -1).Range("A1").Select
      Selection.Copy
      ActiveCell.Offset(-1, 0).Range("A1").Select
      Selection.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteValues, Operation:=xlNone, SkipBlanks _
      :=False, Transpose:=False
      ActiveCell.Offset(4, 2).Range("A1").Select
      End Sub

      There is another macro to run the above code for 90 times that is my focus to run faster. but it seemed to run too much slowly than usual.

      Here is the file link

      After clicking on insert into content, I have clicked on submit.

      Therefore, it is submitted without any attachment.

      Hi Shazzad

      I think you might be looking for a Pivot Table to get the results you want (see attached file).

      A Pivot Table lets you choose what you want for your rows (house name), what you want for your colums (SKU), and what you want to see as data (e.g sum of Volume).

      Hi Zeddy,

      I am fully agreed with you. Even I worked on the same way you suggested. But there is some problem faced after processing. The range of data is not always same and mostly I need to insert some more columns in pivot table which is not possible. And that is why I am preferring any simple VBA that will allow me to work in the extracted data.

      Hi Shazzad

      No need for VBA.

      You could just use Excel’s SUMIF formulas to get the Summary data you want.

      Hi Zeddy,

      Thanks. Sorry for late response. I was away from work for some personal issues.

      i have followed your suggested way since it was easy and simple.

      Again Thanks.

      Hi Zeddy,

      Thanks for your response.

      Fully agreed with your solution. but this was just a sample file. I have some some other file where retailers sale will be accumulated. On that case, I have to handle around 95 to 100 sheets. And applying formula for the each sheet will be too much tough. So I was preferring the VBA that will copy the common column of all sheets in the summary sheet and then quantity of each sheet will be accumulated in one after one so that I can analyze the trend in a single sheet.

      Could you please help me sorting the issue?

      Regards

      Shazzad
