AskWoody PlusHello Susan,
Yes I have a Dell desktop computer and Microsoft found my machine to be worthy.  2004 was installed on my computer a month ago. This computer is strictly for my personal use.  I do find that the computer is a bullheaded at times. By this I mean, sometimes I have found it to be working in the background but nothing shows in task master to trigger this working. Sometimes I have found the computer to be completely frozen not being able to click on any icon, nor open my web browser.

AskWoody PlusI thank you for your advice. So far today things are normal. Don’t know enough about task manager to help me find out what was going on.

AskWoody PlusI can see now I will never advance to Windows 8. Too complicated for me.
