I am attempting to Uninstall Citrix, or Delete Citrix from the Program Files so that I can reload a fresh copy.

The system won’t let me do either. I am the Admin for my W10 system.

The corporation is using W7 as their standard platform for all company work stations. They were all upgraded to that standard about 4 years ago – it is almost time for them to upgrade again – however, all that is in the hands of the IT folks.

Yes I meant Office 2010. I am not currently aware of any of my needs that Office 2010 doesn’t satisfy.

Tried everything in 1, 2 & 3. Didn’t get it downloading. Used the procedure outlined in Edit 2 – Success!

Found it. I don’t know if it is because I’m trying to do 10-15 things at the same time or my age that causes me to forget what I was doing? Growing old is not for sissies!

However, it beats the alternative!

When I went to ‘save as’ a picture – everything disappeared.

Yes – but I don’t have the Office 97 CD

When I got my Vista machine several years ago, I was able to find a location and downloaded Photoed.exe.

And we think they won’t copy Windows 8? Dream on.

I have all boxes sharing the same ‘Workgroup’.

When I attempt to access the W8.1 box from one of the others I get a ‘Connect to W8.1Computer’ screen. That screen asks for a User name and password. I have the W8.1 password. What kind of user name is it looking for. Whenever I input a user name and press enter, the screen inserts my W8.1 computer ID and ” ahead of what I have entered.

I currently have 3 computers – a Windows XP desktop running Office 10 including Outlook – if I want to activate it; a Vista Home Premium Laptop that also runs Office 10 including Outlook and it is my primary email location. Now I have a Windows 8.1 desktop.

I desire to have the Laptop continue to be my primary e-mail machine and activate Outlook on the 8.1 machine only when I want too. It appears that any thing run on the 8.1 machine runs full time????

I guess I am in a quandary of what to do and how to proceed.
