Win10 usage plateaus, while Win7 gets a slight bump up

Most of you won’t be as surprised as I was by the news, but…

Windows 10 usage share is flat from September to October. It isn’t going up leaps and bounds, as Microsoft has declared with its monthly active devices numbers.

What does the future hold? My usual curmudgeonly forecast.
