Today, Malwarebytes Pro (I was fortunate enough to buy a lifetime license when they still offered them) began blocking a ton of websites on an outbound connection to cardinaldata.net. I can’t find much about this. WHOIS says:

Anyone have any idea who or what this is? Malwarebytes says adware. And won’t let me even go to the domain site. So, I’m curious as to what happened and why. The only thing I’ve done today that was different from yesterday was to update iCloud for Windows and iTunes, directly from Apple. The block says:
It does seem to be happening in Firefox too, not just Vivaldi. Haven’t opened Chrome yet, I try not to unless I need it for something. Thanks for any insight. :^) gene
