Does anyone know how to sort the TOA by page number? I have a user who wants to list the references as they appear, not by cite name… ???

1. You can select the TOA & press Ctrl+Shift+F9. This will unlink the TOA.
2. Choose Table Menu/Convert/Text to table, using tab as a delimiter. This will give you a 2 column table with the page numbers in the second column.
3. Now you can sort by the second column & then convert the table back to text. However, if you have 5 citations on the same page, I don’t know how you can put those citations in order of appearance. And, of course, some of those same citations may appear in a different order on another page. Also, you’d have to redo this after editing the document, so it’s really only for the final version.
Hope this helps, -
