Now that I’ve re-installed Adobe each MS Office app has an Adobe element in the toolbar (make a pdf, start a meeting etc.). How do I get them off of the toolbar permanently? I’ve removed them through the customize option and after i close and open the MS app. they’re back.

Thanks in advance for your time.

There’s some advice on that here and here and here.

You might want to have a read of those and see if that is what you need to do. But if you do remove the buttons you won’t be able to make PDF files by just clicking the button. (I think that you can still make them by using the Print menu though.)

PDFMaker can be very useful when you are creating PDF files from Word, but the toolbar can be a right pain the rest of the time. I put together a couple of .REG files to enable and disable pdfmaker. You can find these in the zip file attached to [post=”766424″]Post 766424[/post].
