    What is the best way to uninstall WLM 12 without uninstalling the rest of the win essentials

      In Programs and Features, right-click Windows Live Essentials and select Uninstall. When it prompts you for which program to uninstall, select Windows Live Mail / (Messenger).

        Thank you for your reply, I decided to uninstall win essentials 12 and installed win 9 essentials working better, now I have what I really use, mail and photo gallery

      2009WLE works better for me too, at least on older hardware it does.
