After updated my Dell to 1903 I started getting controlled folder access protected memory blocking alerts from all sorts of processes, including a number of windows system processes.  Protected folders shown in the blocking messages are:  \device\CdRom0, \device\harddiskvol1, \device\clvtdivctrl.   After turning off controlled folder access in security settings I immediately got another protected memory blocking alert for process WmiPrvSE.exe another windows process (again to location \device\CdRom0.  Did Microsoft completely destroy controlled folder access in this update?  Or is there some additional setup required that I don’t know about?  Are others having similar problems?
