• Accent Marks in Outlook (2003/XP)

    I have several clients who are in other countries. Their names, as well as address names, have accents over some of the letters. I want to be able to add these accents, but can’t find a way to do that in Outlook. In Word, I can do it through Insert-Symbols. How do I get it to do the same in Outlook? Thanks.

      You can use Alt+nnnn, a 4 digit number dialed on the number pad. For example, Alt+0233 =>

        Glad to see I wasn’t just missing something easy. If we get lucky, maybe they’ll put the option into Outlook 2007. sarcasm
