    The attached PDF are my instructions to download from Microsoft and install a fully functional Group Policy Editor to Windows 10 Home versions.

      I don’t think you can get fully functional GPEdit.
      It has been tried before and failed.

      You can add the editor but the real time functions won’t work – i.e. actions at user logon.
      Using it to adjust static registry settings is fine, but you need to understand the limitations.

      Thank you for pointing that out. I used the wrong choice of words. Since most Windows 10 Home version users are the only user on their PC and do not want to limit themselves, they will only use it to make the registry settings changes. Since adjusting registry settings is the only use for these users, I called it “fully functional” for their use. My intension was to indicate that the downloaded and installed Group Policy Editor will work as a way to change settings in the Registry without using the Registry Editor…which it does.
