Add Word table data to Excel

Can you create a macro to run in Excel against a Word table to pick up data in a mutiple word columns / rows that need to be added to Excel rows? 1:1.

The short answer is YES.
Is it whole table to Excel, or specific bits of the table to excel?

Thanks for the quick response. I am asking this question for a friend. I believe she need parts of the table and not the whole table.

It is the moving through the Word Table and selecting the right data which is the marginally harder
part of the exercise.
If it was the whole lot, you could write a Macro to copy and paste.

The example files I pointed to, so exactly that. It selects out of several word tables and extracts rows and columns and even loops through the tables. The most we can offer is example code that you can hopefully adapt unless you provide details and a sample word file to pull from and how you want it put into excel.
