I am trying to add more locations to a dialog box, e.g., “Send to–” a specific folder not shown in that box. It would be hand to send a file as a backup to another drive or folder. Is there a way to do this. Would appreciate any suggestions along that line.

      Skeeter,

Welcome to the Lounge as a new poster.

Create a shortcut to the folder you want to add to the SentTo menu then follow the instructions below:

Add / Delete Items in the SendTo Right-Click Menu
      1. Open the SendTo folder as follows:
Click: Orb

Type: shell:sendto and press Enter.

–OR–

Use Explorer and navigate to C:Users[userid]AppDataRoamingMicrosoft WindowsSendTo
2. To Add options: Drag or create a shortcut to the desired program/location in this folder.
      3. To Delete options: Right-Click on item & select Delete.
