Address dip switch settings (Excel 97)

I don’t think I have seen anything like this before so here goes the question:
I need to use an Excel spreadsheet to generate a BCD coding.
Example: Switch 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1
0 1 1 0 1 0 1 1 equals 107 (line up the zero’s and one’s under the switch settings)
I will attach a file with the columns set up but I am at a loss for figuring out how I will do this.

Use Bin2Dec and Dec2Bin functions. You will have to have the Analysis Toolpack Add-In loaded.
