Allowing access to Contacts (2002)

I wonder if anyone could tell me if there is a way to stop the new feature in Outlook 2002 that will force the user to accept that an “outsider” is trying to access the Address Lists or Contacts. The question will pop up (a couple of times) for instance when you try to synchronize your PDA with Outlook or when you want access to Outlook information from VBA code in another Office application.
