Using Office 365 – Word
I type in some “alternate text” over an image in a document. What I understand should happen is that if I create a PDF document from this word document, then when a user hovers over the image with a mouse, the alternate text should display – as per a web-page.
What I am getting in Adobe Acrobat is a jumbled set of characters being display when I hover over the text?
I can edit this in Acrobat – but it is not kept of course and if I regenerate the PDF then all of the corrections are lost – not at all useful on a 200 page document as you can imagine!!
Can anybody help?
