Word 2003 SP3 on win XP sP3

You know when you are in a Word document and you go to send it by email, by clicking on File, Send To, Mail Recipient? You then see a panel appear at the top of the email where you can add in the To, CC and a Subject line. There is a box here for Introduction…anyone got any ideas if/how this intoduction box can be suppressed/deleted/gotten rid of??
