Analys32.xll is part of the Analysis Toolpak. Try uninstalling, then reinstalling it through the Add/Remove Programs control panel:
– Select Microsoft Office 2003.
– Click Change.
– Select Add or Remove Features.
– Expand Excel > Add-Ins.
– Analysis Toolpak should be listed here.
