I have built a slide presentation for the tennis team Booster club. On the master slide, I put a tennis ball with a motion path that bounces across the court after the sound of a racket hits the ball. A picture of the court is the background of the slide. I want the slide to transition to the next slide as if the ball pulls the slide with it off the screen. In other words, as the ball moves across, I want the wipe right transition to start but I can’t seem to get the animation of the ball to work with the transition without clicking the mouse for the next slide.

AskWoody LoungerFebruary 15, 2007 at 6:36 am #1051549Good morning,
Please excuse the quality of the attachment but I just quickly knocked it up, if its what you are looking for this is what I did
1. Placed the court, ball and animation path in a Slide Master
2. Switched back to Normal view
3. Picked Rehearse Timing from the Slide Show tab on the toolbar and clicked when I wanted the slide to changeHope this helps
Steve
Editted to include point 2.

AskWoody LoungerFebruary 15, 2007 at 4:13 pm #1051630That is pretty much what I have done. I just don’t want to use timings because I will talk during the slides. I want to click to trigger the animation but I want that event to also trigger the transition to the next slide. As it is, I have to click once and wait for the ball to go across and then click again to get to the next slide. I would love for the “wipe right” to follow the ball off the page without clicking again. If you click before the ball has finished its path, that ends the animation.
