Attach fle (2000)

One of the machines in the office will now only let you attach 1 file at a time to an email message. The Attach File Dialog also has a range button (seems to be linked to an Excel range). Any idea where this came from and more importantly, how to make it go away?

Is Word the mail editor on that computer? Word’s Insert|File… dialog has a Range… button, I believe. Outlook’s, obviously, doesn’t.
