Attachments to O2K

Using O2K, I frequently attach files to messages I am sending. O2K always defaults to My Documents when I click on the paperclip icon. How can I change it so that it defaults to the folder where I keep my Excel files (since I send more Excel file than Word files)?

I believe there is a registry tweak for this but what may be more useful would be to add Woody’s PlaceBar available here to which you can add specific folders.
