Automat update of Pivot form (Acc 97 sr2 on 95b)

I have a stock Acc97 pivot form with data from a Pivot table. Can someone code for me how to, by using code,

1. open the pivot table in excel
2. update the data

If I can automate this and stick it behind a button so that it opens and updates without user interaction, then all the better!
