AutoSignature problem

Hi All,

One of our users is having a strange problem – whenever he tries to insert an AutoSignature in Outlook 98 he’s told that the file has been moved or removed. Fair enough… But if he tries to create a new signature his PC GPF’s every time. This happens on every PC he logs on to. I have tried deleting his roaming profile and recreating it, but that hasn’t halped. Any bright ideas out there? I’ve tried the MSKB, but no result…

did you also delete the signature files?

Well, the signature files are stored on the network, but this user’s files seem to have disappeared altogether so there’s nothing there to delete… I have tried creating a new signature on my own PC and copying it across to the user’s network directory, but that didn’t work either…
