Backup Public Folder to OneDrive

Is it possible to include Files or Folders in the Public Folder in OneDrive ?

My wife and I run our separate affairs on our own Desktop PCs running Windows 10 which are networked via our modem/router. There are a small number of files that we share, that I update daily, and which she needs to view, in the Public folder on her PC. If those files could be included in her OneDrive backups it would provide another layer of security against data loss.

All other important files are backed up in OneDrive on each PC. I also have an external SSD on my PC for my daily backups and use Macrium Reflect to copy an image of each PC to another external HDD monthly

To the best of my knowledge this has not change since that was posted.
