Hi there! I had the bad surprise 2 days ago to see MS ignores the setting I put for a w10 machine, metered connection. I did manually the updates when it was needed, but for unknown reason, 1809 , 2 days ago, was uploaded, installed and ready to re-start to configure the version update… Luckily, it seems OK, but I was not ready yet. A little cleaning of the SSD was on the to-do list before the upgrade!
Is it a normal behavior? I know you can’t have total control when it comes to MS updates on a family edition, but still. Ironically, I ask for the 1809 update on my old ROG asus, and it’s not showing…
Is there something new in 1809 to pause updates on a family edition?
