Great! How do you get the options for the XCOPY command?

Start a command prompt window.
Type xcopy /? and press Enter.
The /? switch works for most or all batch commands.

Just FYI, have you considered using the XXCOPY as an alternative to xcopy? The XXCOPY Cookbook: Recipes of common usages contains numerous useful/ powerful batch backup strategies.
