Is there any way to install Bookshelf Basics that comes on the Office ’97 Pro Disk so that it will run from the Hard Drive? Complete Details would be appreciated. Booksheld Basic works OK from CD, but I need CD for another reference work. Thanks

The way I install office is to copy the disk to the hard drive in it’s own folder, and install from there. That way I never get asked to insert the office disk. Or, you could try this with the other reference disk. This approach does eat up disk space but that’s less and less of a problem these days.
