outlook 2007 the calendar displays 24 hours. and has a setting to configure the business hrs in the work day.

goto menu Tools, Options, Preferences, Calendar Options…set start time and end time.

This start & end time highlights the work day.

In outlook is there anyway just to display the start & end work day? and not display 24 hrs?

Is there an outlook calendar template?

    see screen capture

    many thanks

You can change the interval displayed to be something less than 30 minutes, which effectively makes your display less than a full day. However you can still scroll up and down to cover the full day – the rationale is that people do often want to have things on their calendar that are outside the normal workday – airline flights, kids sport activities, parties, you name it.

Diana, Is this what you want?
If so go to Tools, Calendar, Then Calendar Options and change the start time to 08:00 AM and end time to 05:00 PM.
