Can still purchase MS Access 2010?

I am using Windows 7 (64-bit) and have Office Home and Student 2010 installed which does not come with Access 2010.

Can I just purchase somewhere a product activation key for Access 2010, or do I have to purchase the full install DVD? Where do I do that?

From what I can find you can buy Office 2013 Pro for the same price – about $400 USD.

If you have multiple devices for that price you should consider Office 365 Home[/url]. It is $100 USD for an annual subscription and allows installation on 5 PCs/Macs and 5 tablets.

Are software downloads always available?
— For example if a new hard drive is installed somewhere along the way, is that software download still available?
In this case, the software is for Access 2010, but I’ve seen some Windows 7 OS downloads available from TigerDirect etc. and sometimes I’m tempted to recommend them to my friends who want to update their XP’s to Windows 7
