Hi: Every time I put a new Canadian address into OL Contacts, it does not recognize the province as separate from the postal code, asks me what the zip or code is and assumes the country is USA – spelled out completely.

My entry would be something like:
    1234 Avenue A
    Toronto, ON M1L 2M1

It would recognize that Toronto is the city, but take ‘ON M1L 2M1’ as the state.

    Thanks,
    Michael

      Michael,

Attached is a snapshot of the screen for entering an address. This is in OL 2003 and it does have separate boxes for province and postal code. Once saved, it does bring the city, province and postal code together on one line. Each field being separate by a comma.

      Does this resolve your issue?

      Cheers, Bob

Indeed, that would work. Just takes a bit longer if cutting and pasting. But. I’ll try to remeber to bring the form up – should help.
        Thanks,
        Michael
