Can’t create new folder after win 10 update on 6/6/2020

I tried right clicking on my desktop to create a new folder but nothing happens – no folder. Can’t create a new folder in my c drive folder either.

@HardRain- a little more information is needed.
What version of W10 are you on?
Can you look in Update History and see what (and when) the last update was?
Have you installed any new programs recently?

If the situation has resolved itself, that would be helpful to share with us, too.
