I have a pretty straightforward ppt file — a title slide followed by a bunch of images (e.g. a slideshow).
I’ve attached a .wmv file (just over 5mb), set the option to play across slides, and changed the ‘Max sound file size (kb)’ to 50000 (as suggested in numerous help files found by Google).
Both the ppt file, and the corresponding pps file when I save it that way, play the audio just fine.
Problem is it won’t embed the actual audio file into the ppt or pps file(s), in order that when I send it to someone they can hear the audio file.
I know I could ‘package’ it all into a folder & email that, but I want this to be drop-dead simple for the recipients. They should simply be able to launch the pps file, watch the show & hear the music (assuming they have PowerPoint or the viewer installed).
Any suggestions?
thanks much in advance for any guidance
