    When I try to insert a merge filed using the ‘Insert Merge Field’ dropdown, the button goes nicely 3-dimensional but won’t respond to a click to reveal the list. The data source is set up properly (I think) and the merge works on fields already inserted, I just want to add two more.
    Curious (and irritating.)
    Any ideas, please?
