I have a friend with a laptop that has not been used in a long time we are trying to access and recover.   When she logged into it recently, it upgraded to the Windows 11 22H2 without any intervention.  OK.  I discovered that the microsoft account she uses to login to the computer is set up with an email address that she no longer uses or has access to.   She also does not know the password.  We cannot recover the password as it is set to be verified with the now inaccessible old email.   We are able to log into the computer using a PIN that was set up.   It is set to sync all the important files to OneDrive using that account which we can no longer access.   I created a new OneDrive account with the current email.  I unlinked the computer from the old one, and tried to sign into OneDrive with the new account.  I keep getting a error, try again later.   This may clear up as, when I logged in via the web, it said the account was locked, and I started a process to unlock.

I was trying to see if I could change the microsoft account used for the login to one with the new email.   However, I have not been able to find out how to do that.   If anyone has any advice, it is appreciated.
