Patch reliability is unclear. Unless you have an immediate, pressing need to install a specific patch, don't do it. |

When I want to save an attachment from my message I have to change the path manually to a path which is accessible to my collegues.
In Word I know I can change the ‘save as path’ into a path I choose.
Can anybody tell me if it’s possible to change the standard save as path in Outlook as well?

Unfortunately, Outlook 2002 only remembers the path you select during the current session. When you start Outlook next time, the Save As path reverts to your standard document path (usually My Documents.) There is a registry setting that specifies the Save As path, but it is ignored by Outlook 2002 – see OL2002: Attachments Always Go to My Documents Folder Despite Change in Default Save Location

I think putting a shortcut in the default folder is the fastest way to work around this problem.
