I would like to change the color of text in a range of cells H2:AA49 if they match any values in range A2:F2. I would use conditional formatting but there are more than three. I would just like to change the color to red if a match comes up. All values will be numbers.
    Thanks for any Help

      Welcome to Woody’s Lounge!

If I understand you correctly, you CAN use conditional formatting:
      – Select H2:AA49.
      – Select Format | Conditional Formatting.
      – In the dropdown list, select Formula Is.
      – In the box next to it, enter

      =COUNTIF($A$2:$F$2,H2)

      – Note the use of absolute and relative references
      – Click Format…
      – Activate the Font tab (if necessary)
      – Select red in the color dropdown.
      – Click OK to return to the Conditional Formatting dialog.
      – Click OK to close the dialog.

Post back if this is not what you meant.

Out Standing, I was trying to use the cell value in stead of formula is, This is exactly what I was trying to figure out.
      Thank You Very Much
